Lay-By Terms and Conditions

If you would like to place an old-school lay-by with us, please use the contact form below. All lay-bys need to be pre approved. All items placed on lay-by will remain the property of Earth Babes until they have been paid for in full and shipping has been paid.

Once your lay-by has been approved:

• Place your order for the items that you want to lay-by on the website using Direct Debit as the payment method
• Products that you want to put on lay-by need to be put through in one order and this cannot be added to after you have submitted your purchase
• A 20% deposit must be paid within 24 hours and paid by direct debit to the bank details provided in your confirmation email. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. If for any reason you need to cancel your layby, all money paid into your layby will be refunded except the 20% deposit for admin time spent
• Lay-by term is up to a maximum of 8 weeks. You can pay it off at any time prior to this
• Lay-bys are self-managed and it is up to you to remember to make payments, we recommend using your phone calendar to set reminders to make payments, and for when the final payment is due
• When you make a payment, please take a screenshot and send it to us by replying to the confirmation email. This helps us both to easily be able to look back and see that all payments have been made.
• When you have placed your lay-by order, you will receive a copy of these terms and conditions by email for you to agree to. This also confirms that the items have been kept aside for you
