Order turnaround:
As I am a mum of 3 beautiful babes, I am now posting only once per week. Depending on when your order is placed, it could be sent the next day or up to 5 business days. If you have not received shipping notification after this time, or that your order has been delivered after this time, please reply to your order confirmation email and let us know.
Earth Babes uses Australia Post, Sendle and other couriers for its shipping. This is usually based on your location and the best way to get your order to you. We cannot guarantee the quality of the service provided by the delivery option chosen. You can write into the comments your preferred method of delivery and we will endeavor to work with your chosen company if possible. If you have concerns about the condition of your package on arrival, please photograph it before you open it and get in touch with them immediately to resolve any disputes. Their terms of use can be found on their website. Please contact us as well so that we are aware of any issues that occur.
If free local delivery is chosen, all suburbs with Postcode 6164 in Western Australia are eligible for free delivery. This will be within one week of order being placed and your order will be delivered by one of the Earth Babes family :) Your order will be left somewhere at the front of your home. It will be left out of sight if possible. A photo will be taken and emailed to you as confirmation of delivery. All free local deliveries are “authority to leave”. Earth Babes is not liable for any loss or stolen items from the delivery address once the delivery has been made. If you prefer a tracking number, and want specific delivery instructions, please use the flat rate shipping option.
RETURNS POLICY
All retailers in Australia are bound by Australian Consumer Law. If the product is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a repair or refund. Full details can be found at www.consumerlaw.gov.au
The utmost of care is taken in checking your products prior to sending them to you, we are only human and sometimes a faulty product may slip through. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please email us to arrange a return as soon as you notice by a reply email to the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. We will work with you to ensure that the product is replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
In your return email please include:
- A detailed description of what is wrong with the product
- Pictures or a video if needed to clearly show us what the problem is

Earth Babes is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind. Please select items carefully and contact us if you have any questions about the product (including size) prior to placing your order.
WARRANTY
All items sold by Earth Babes are subject to product warranty information as per the manufacturer. In the event that you believe a product is not usable and may be covered under warranty, please contact us and we can assist you. Details of each individual manufacturer’s warranty can be found at their respective websites.
